Good morning ladies and gentlemen… In my year 03 CTR I have between 3.5k and 4k quite loud and unpleasant metal vibration noises. These seem to come quite exactly from the middle of the vehicle, where the 2 cup holders are inside. I have heard/read many times that the vTec cover can cause vibration noises. This is definitely not the case with me. However, I have already noticed that some heat shield is to blame for such noises. I think many of you already had similar problems. Could you perhaps tell me what it was just about? Bzw. if it’s a heat shield, where you find it exactly? My Garagist is an older gentleman, he thinks he doesn’t hear any noises and I don’t know what it is. Cheers wax
