Point or fine for accident against guardrail??

Evening, so my father had an accident with his T4 yesterday just before midnight. He wanted to go from the A57 to the A44 in Krefeld at AK Strump. In the turn he broke out on mud the stern. With the turn he almost across with the left front corner pushed against the right guardrail, then again with the back left corner again against the right guardrail (same guardrail). He then stopped so to speak 180° in the wrong direction. The answer would have been YES. The official would have said “because of participation in an accident”!? Now I ask you if this official was just stupid or educated. Because, my father did not force, hinder or otherwise like that. He got into a slingshot because of frozen snow and crashed into the guardrail. Already yesterday Nachmitt The car has 6mm winter tires on it and is fully equipped for winter. It was not too fast either, otherwise it would have crashed straight into the left guardrail if it had been the case. In my opinion, the city has slumped with the spreading salt. Yesterday I saw it on various motorway exits or highway triangles or even entire highways (such as A524) that were not scattered there. Would be very grateful to you. if someone could say if a fine is right. Greetings Ercan
