I have a question, first of all to drivers of the emergency services, preferably RTW/emergency doctor 😉 And indeed we find here in the circle emergency vehicles more and more often in radar controls. We suspect that the drivers outside of the emergency drives and without, as § 35 Va StVO demands it, highest haste is required, their special rights (which in these cases they do not actually have at all) misused. In my opinion, these drivers contribute enormously to that, As can be seen from other contributions and forums, rescue service drivers generally have a very bad reputation (inconsiderate, etc.) and then the drivers, who are really on a mission ride, are increasingly less and less likely to understand. Therefore, we are looking for a way to punish these abuses. How can we distinguish between operations and abuse?
