Hello , We recently re-furnished a Manta B (BJ. 88) i.e. completely tuv finished ! I want to do it after the winter to tuv and then also register ! now I wanted to test the car before 2 days or so , the car and again properly move . there is for it something like a short time mark ? the problem is only that the car has no tuv ? goes still something like that ?
