hello, I have a lower-legged car with a pretty hard chassis… (always if I take with me I always take extra on it!!!) yesterday the following happened: speed limit 50 and I also drove exactly 50… there was a (small) unevenness in the road over which I drove… and I took with me on the back seat jmd. (like big ca.1,85m) which hit the head at the roof… now to my question: is it my fault that he put the head on can he refer to me legally for this? can I be accused of misbehavior??? I don’t have much idea of jura if there is anything else that is important for the object and it won’t be clear from my brief description please ask me then I can explain any minute smallness…
