Chassis vibrations under load

Hello, slowly I don’t know any more… These eternal vibrations are on my nerves. To explain here an e-mail that I sent to Audi yesterday – also with the expected, unsatisfactory answer: Quote: Dear ladies and gentlemen, I have a problem with my Audi A2 year 2002, 1.4L 16V gasoline, equipped with S-Line sports suspension + 17” rims. It could be understood by two different workshops so far, the name of the wrong one. However, the cause – let alone its repair – has not been possible so far. Therefore, I turn to you in the hope that you will be able to name at least other possible causes of the problem due to statistical data, which you would doubtless have available, which I then have to check again in the workshop. To the problem: The car (running capacity ~94000km) started to vibrate strongly at ~70000km under load. The vibrations are NOT noticeable in the steering wheel, but over the whole e body – in the footroom, at the doors etc. (also from the passenger). It is not on the wheels, as the steering wheel does not vibrate and the vibrations occur both with freshly balanced winter and summer tires. Also, the vibrations are not constantly noticeable, but only in the area of the highest torque, i.e. during strong acceleration e.g. in the third gear between ~70-100. As soon as you walk from the gas, the vibrations disappear. As these become ever stronger and I mi In the meantime, I have consulted two workshops about this – once during the inspection and once unscheduled. Both were able to understand the vibration, but could not find any cause. The wheel suspensions / joints were tested at play, as well as the engine suspension on tension – without result. In my opinion, the problem must come from the drive train due to the symptoms described above. 0Km/h also audible. Even if the sites have not been able to detect anything yet, CAN these vibrations not be good… Are you aware of something like this from your quality control or can you mention other possible causes? In advance, thank you so much, the answer: Quote: Dear Sir ***, thank you for your email. You tell us that there has been a complaint about your Audi A2. Just like you, we would like this to be as fast as possible. We have not yet been able to record comparable criticism from other vehicle owners. However, since we cannot assess the cause of the damage nor the need for repair, we ask you to contact your Audi partner on site again. This has access to all the technical aids of AUDI AG and can initiate on-site evaluation of your vehicle measures for the termination of the complaint. Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your Audi A2. Friendly greetings from Ingolstadt Do you have any idea what this could be? And the ‘Audi Service’ is also fun: I didn’t really point out that in the meantime 2 Audi partners were not able to find the cause??? I still find the car great and drive it out of conviction (bad, that wg. offspring soon needs something bigger… :-), but the service is under all cannon! Greetings, Campyonly
