Good morning together. First of all, I’m sorry if I ended up in the bottle forum, but I didn’t have a plan where I should have created the topic. So, the facts are this: Yesterday a “new” car bought, a youngtimer, from private. At first, as always, everything was happy. I had looked through the car very well, discovered some semi-critical things that the seller didn’t tell me, completed test drive, negotiated price, signed contract and drove home with the car. At night, when I arrived home exhausted, I threw into bed and again studied all the papers. I noticed two things/mistakes that had influenced my purchase decision: On the one hand, the performance data of the car stated in the contract did not match those in the bill and letter (was a different stage of the engine). On the other hand, a different vehicle letter number was given in the contract than in the letter. Now, my question is whether such a contract is valid at all if such errors are there.
