Now in many subforums FAQs have been set up, which were created by a few volunteers (e.g. me) with a lot of love. Nevertheless, the same topics constantly appear again for the drölften time. Currently quite popular: The mostly defective thermostat… I asked once a bit in the colleagues and friends circle and got my guess confirmed: No one uses the FAQ, because it simply no human being noticed. Is also no wonder, if I were here for the first time, I would suspect it The big yellow button “New Topic” stands in the eye and is used in a lively way. Couldn’t you perhaps make the FAQ a bit more conspicuous? For example, put the text in yellow or in a conspicuous frame (the present one is simply “grey” and inconspicuous), a few points larger and fat? That would be little effort with probably great effect. It drives me (and many other FAQ authors probably also ) in the despair that her work is constantly overlooked and must be referred to the FAQ for the drölfte times. Greetings Frank
