First grinding noises, then total failure of my Phaeton 3.2l

Hi friends, last Thursday I noticed for the first time a grinding Gräusch shortly before I stopped my black Eminence after a 20 km long drive. The next morning everything seemed to be ok again but when the engine got warm it was to be heard again. I drove back every day 21 km to work and in the evening the same distance again. When I arrived at work on Friday, I looked under the hood but there was nothing unusual to see. In the stand gas these grinding Gräusch were little to hear but when giving gas they became extremely loudly audible. At home I did not come back, because after the walk then apparently jumped out, the display appeared as if the selector lever was put on P. I could only roll out and no longer drive. The grinding noise, which was also heard in the stand at lever position P or N is now gone. I type on the converter. In June last year the converter, the gearbox, the transmission, the tribe electronics and a new gear oil cooler was installed. Power loss was not noticed before the total failure. Did anyone have idea?
