Hello… I had a damage to my vehicle a few days ago. The causer has run away and the damage has been settled via the comprehensive insurance. To this end the insurer (Allianz) has sent by an expert. It was also handled quickly and I got the money transferred. Now that I have asked Audi for the radiator grille and bonnet, I had to notice this in the report for the radiator grill 130,-euro and for bonnet 283,-euro set At Audi, however, the radiator grille costs 178,-euro and the bonnet 387,-euro. I wonder how the expert came up with these figures and there he should show me where to get the parts for the price… What can I do now in retrospect ? Somehow complain?
