Hello dear community, my way into this forum leads me to a problem where I would be happy about advice. A good 2 weeks ago I bought a new Ford Fiesta from a Ford dealer. The car was a new car and had the dealer on the yard issued before. Everything went well at the handover, everything seemed to be fine. After 3 days however, my girlfriend noticed that you can still read the price on the front window, the color is not quite off (Price was previously written in neon colors on the disc). In addition, there are superficial scratches of where someone tried to remove the font in the size of about 4 palms). I did not see the scratches because I drove the car only in low daylight. If the sun shines, it is quite clear and the passenger can practically still see the “price tag”. The car dealer now responds to my complaint as follows (3 days after acquisition d He wants to replace the disc and charge it as a stone blow over my partial cascade insurance and pay the excess of 150 euros. I have great doubts that this is insurance fraud and that the car dealer or his [edit] workshop has actually caused the damage, so it would be a case for the insurance of the car dealer. Does any of you have experience of what would be a good practice? I would be very grateful to you.
