New engine, everything good? Tips and tricks for engine maintenance D5

What about a Volvo V60 D5 with the 205hp engine! After a few years of Audi, sometimes new, sometimes youngtimer etc. I have been convinced by a Swedes. It is a Volvo V60 D5 with the 205hp engine. I am very impressed by the workmanship and the room feeling, at least with regard to the cockpit and the rear. The hardly significant trunk could also come from a Renault or Ä (processing). But that hardly clouds the overall super impression. It is a MY11, it has run about 83000 km and is great in shot. Now to my actual problem, even if the SuFu offers some of this, the core of the problem is not sufficiently explained and solved. Cylinder head cracks, engine damage. The car has got a replacement engine at about 79000km at Volvo. Cause was a crack at the 3rd cylinder. Since the replacement engine was installed in Feb. 2015, there is a chance that this is still a better one, which I can no longer have this problem? And how can I avoid this damage? As far as I know it is a thermal problem. Warm and cold driving is of course not able to replace the oil?
