No warranty on clutch? (also in this case…?)

Hi friends, I think I’m stuck in a small trap. On wear parts there is no warranty that’s already clear to me… Now to my situation: I picked up my Citroen Saxo today which I tried on Monday. Was also everything ok with the test drive only exhaust and brakes faulted this was then also made. The problem with the whole story is that the car when I drove it was on reserve and the seller told me not to chase it so much. I took that of course (as much as I would have kicked it either way or not with a cold engine). Today after the purchase I refueled the car then three quarters of a hour carefully driven and then I wanted to pull the gears up a little bit more and noticed from about 4000 turns that the clutch slips! Now that’s such a thing. Clutch is no wear but how could I have come to this error in my case? I still couldn’t drive the car with empty tank at upper speeds and with bad luck to stay at the next corner. I don’t think that’s what the clutch is going on?
