Short distance in winter / oil reaches no operating temperature

Hello municipality, as the title already says, I have the “problem” that the oil of my vehicle in everyday use (working distance) does not get warm due to the too small distance. Currently (at 10 degrees outside temperature) the oil comes at 12km working distance on about 80 degrees. On the way to work I reach hardly any speeds greater than 90km/h at 80% country and 20% city. Now I ask myself whether this can be bad for the engine in any form? Especially in winter fall Some trips away where the FZ is moving even longer distances. Let’s assume that the FZ is moving in the worst case for two weeks at a time. I know this from my father’s big diesel (BMW 335d) where the injectors are coked due to the many short distances and that has led to repairs of 4,000 euros. I don’t know if this can happen now with a gasoline truck. I would like to take care of it.
