Here is a limit of 80 kmh. However, it has a top speed of 84 kmh according to the manufacturer anyway. If scooters are throttled, usually also a certain tolerance in the speed is eliminated. My question: Does the scooter actually still have to be throttled or is enough if it is If that’s enough, is there still a confirmation that the 16-year-old can drive with it?
