99er Laguna 1, 1.6 16V, timing belt changed – valves crooked

Hello dear Lagunafreaks, I have a big problem where I need your help. Since my Laguna Grandtour was about to change the timing belt, I had it renewed in a private workshop including water pump and pulleys. After the assembly and the first test run in the workshop, it popped once and two outlet valves on the second cylinder were crooked. The workshop took the cylinder head, ern. the two valves and rebuilt everything again. Since then I have a light restless idle, another brighter noise when gasing and the gear lever and engine vibrate. Furthermore, I have just found that if I switch on a larger consumer ( rear window heating, ventilation etc. ) in idle, the car almost goes off and then re-applys again. The workshop says that it will be okay. since the parts have to play in. Now my question, is this statement correct or does one want to ask me only calmly???!!!!
