Align rear wheel 200/55 Slim S

The fact is that the theory is completely abstrus and therefore I do not start the practice. 1. Contradiction: Theoretically the rear wheel stands from above at 06:05 clock (hour hand), thus too far left, good to see at the fender. Practically, however, the timing belt still has space/distance to the inner pulley edge. 2. Contradiction The axle alignment, belt tension screw looks out to the right some threaded passages more forward than left. Thus, the wheel should stand more at 05:55 clock. 3. Contradiction h The tire is almost on the belt, what would mean that I could not straighten it further to the right in the rear anyway and thus slightly to the left in the front. One fact is contradicted by the logic, each one against the other. Can it therefore be that the Kpl. wheel on the axle is too far left, but otherwise totally straight in the track?
