Brake pedal hard after service life, C30 1.6 d drive 2011

Hello again, I hope you can help me. It is about the C30 of 2011 (approx. 50k km) with the 109 hp 1.6 l diesel engine of my OHL. If the car is standing for a few hours, the brake pedal becomes hard. Just as if you were “pumping up” the brake. If you start the car, after a few moments the normal condition is reached again. When you drive you notice afterwards no difference, there are otherwise no further complaints regarding the braking performance. In the workshop the brake system was flushed, the brake fluid is about 1/2 year “old”. The guess of the workshop is that it might be a return valve in the underpressure hose or the underpressure hose itself “could be porous”. But since I have no desire to exchange suspicion (and then also logical way to pay), my question is to you: who had the problem already in a C30, S40II or V50 with the said engineization is clear now, and how was this solved? And there is a possible security risk for the future? Because the car is not used every day and in advance to show it again the same thing.
