The buyer drove the car sample and was satisfied. Despite 100000 km he stood well there. In the contract I noted the clause, “No guarantee or withdrawal, bought as seen and tested”. Now the buyer noticed after 3 months a defect. It should probably run out of oil, a workshop would have assured the buyer that there must have been a leak for a long time, since the car body was full of oil. I was not aware and it also did not drip anything before the delivery. The buyer demands the refund of the purchase amount and the return of the vehicle.
