Deficiencies in the seat

Hello dear forum, my father bought a new car in 04/19, Renault Captur. After only a few months he noticed that the reference from the seat looked very damaged and used more and more, although the car was rarely driven and that in “normal” clothes, i.e. not in work clothes from the construction industry or the like. After not even 6,000km, and about 1 year after the purchase, was then changed by the resident dealer, the reference from the seat at the expense of the car dealer / Renault. Well, not even 1,000km and only 4 months later, the new reference is now as damaged as the previously exchanged one. Do you know this problem and have experience in this regard? What measures could one insist on from the side of the car dealership? I hope someone can help. Pictures in the appendix.
