Hoseless tires with hose, is that possible?

Hello, dear forum community There has been a thread, but it is a few years ago. That’s why I ask my question: I have a Honda Vision 110, makes about 100 KM/h and has tubeless tires. These tires are OK for the summer, but now it’s autumn and I don’t have anything else to drive than this scooter. Winter tires with a real profile I already have. Front 16″, rear 14″, and because my wife is a care case and only 300 Euro pension gets the money with us is not so luxuriant, I I already have hoses suitable for rims and tyres. Only I read in the Honda manual now that tubeless tyres cannot be driven with hose, because the friction creates heat, this heat bursts the tire and this leads to accidents…. Is that right???
