Hello to the municipality, I hope you can help me with a problem, which has already occupied me for some time. It is about a T5 Bj 2005 with the AXE (2.5l TDI without DPF). The car goes with constant ride on the track into the emergency run. Error has exceeded charging pressure rule limit. The following things have already been worked out: -turbo overtaken by Schlütter turbocharger -N75 replaced -charge air system pressed off i.o. -complete vacuum system checked for leakproofness (all individual components with vacuum pump) -measurement drive replaced with VCDS -charge pressure sensor -AGR closed -LMM checked If you drive a measurement drive, then you can see how the charging pressure decreases slowly when the engine is warm and constant driving. However, the charging pressure control then does not try to re-regulate, thus it naturally comes to the emergency run and the fault storage entry. If I close the underpressure pump directly to the underpressure from the turbo and pump depending on the required charging pressure, then it does not go into the emergency run.
