Hello together, I have a Phaeton with electric unlocking. Now the trunk is no longer open. Neither with the score lock nor the actuator gives any reactions of itself. The visit to the VW dealer revealed that I should have a cable break. This realization cost me once 200,- € without the trunk has a function. I can not imagine that the even the score lock should be related to the cable break. The display also shows me an open trunk. Can someone give me perhaps a hint how to get the trunk open or. what do I have to do with it the trunk again works. The friendly VW dealer told me that I have to reckon with 1500,- €. I think that my dealer is not very competent and I do not want to drive unprepared to another. Maybe someone can recommend me a competent contact in the area of Hanover?
