Need advice from one who knows about tyres and legal matters 🙂

Salute, we recently bought a used XC90 from the dealer. Don’t know me very well with cars – so, you’re welcome to laugh. 🙂 The car has Continental 235/55 R19 105V XL on it. With these tires, the car also got a new TÜV on sale! Because we now have to put all-weather tyres on it, I wanted to order new tyres in a workshop. Now it comes: In appearance, however, there are only the 235/60 R18 min 101V. 1) Did the TÜV not look exactly or is 55 vs 60 and R19 vs R18 unproblematic? 2) Since I don’t have a bug to buy new rims: would a new tire with 235/60/R19 OK? 3) 55 vs 60 what does it matter? Driving? Optical? I tend to be one of the 3 (in order) manufacturers. Warnings? – Michelin – Goodyear – Continental Many thanks in advance XC90 2 (L) 2.0 D5 AWD: Greetings
