Overwriting of percentages

Hello everyone, I have a problem and hope you can help me. I have registered a car on me since January 2010, for which we had my father’s SF19 overwritten. I have had my driver’s license since 2002 i.e. I have with it SF8. This was also told to me by the insurance representative and also assured. He said he would advise against letting my father’s percentages “fall out” but by that I then get 50% and 55% we have with it a After three weeks a letter from the headquarters came without “nothing” and there are suddenly 70% and 80% so SF3. We are with this letter of course immediately to the Lord and wanted to know what this should be. He then called the headquarters and they said: there was an insurance break since 2006 until the moment –> so they can give me only SF3. So we were both so stupid (must be said) did nothing. Now I was last Week Wednesday again to talk to him about it. He then called the headquarters and now it’s called –> my father just had to register the car for ONE day and then we could have done the overwriting on me and I would have got the 50% and the 55% without complications. Sorry for the language but I really miss the words: in the end, the percentages of my father are fucked if I should change the insurance policy. I am also at work… because even if I go to the competition with the first letter and say I have SF8 a request is made with the pre-insurance to confirm the mentioned SF i.e. then I am 100% on my SF3 although I have had my driver’s license for the last 8 years. I wrote a letter to the head office on Monday (because my insurance representative told me so) and told them all this and asked them again if they did not have the same t can make it retroactive because the representative didn’t know it until last Wednesday. So now I hope you can help me. Is there a way for me to put pressure on them or how I can make a change so that I can get to the percentages due because this is really a joke. Above all, I have my business liability and my mother has assured her car there too. I also wrote to them that I would regret it very much if I could do so. e Insurance should change because so in itself they are not bad. Does one of you know perhaps something I can do there? Many thanks for your help Many greetings Wladi
