poor service at VW

Passat in the workshop had, because of callback action (Zündspulen) at pickup, only the lady was still there from the reception, therefore the vehicle could not be properly taken over. the next morning, then the salad, wanted to refill wiping water, because I almost fell the bonnet on the head (Hydraulik) broken in the workshop one meant only, because that can happen to them at any time, exactly as they can get sick at any time!!! The VW service (central) reacts after unsolicited chat on the phone at all no longer one was there and moreover the car house in question is an independent GmbH process number was simply closed as done.
