Hello, I had my car today on the property of my girlfriend’s house, in front of the entrance door. Next to it is a forest piece and a branch fell directly on the roof of my car -> Delle!!!! It came so, because some branches of trees unfortunately stand over the forest plot. The owner was even reminded several times by my friend’s father to cut these trees, because they were also a danger for the house. Now they should also soon be felled by the Forster (unfortunately too late for The owner then said that he was insured against such cases. How should I proceed now to pay for the repair? (We know the name and address of the owner of the forest piece, but not the name of his insurance. I assume that he will not tell us. He never opens the door anyway etc.).
