Moin, I had already reported in another thread that I have a problem with the Bluetooth hands-free device in my Phaeton. My car was built in May 2007 and has the factory-installed Bluetooth hands-free device with separate phone hands-free device. I use two mobile phones: One Nokia E90 Communicator and one Nokia N70. Both phones had to be connected to my hands-free device without any problems until last week. Suddenly, however, the phones were no longer recognized by the hands-free device and could not be paired after the deletion of the connections. After entering the 16-digit code I always got the message “connection failed”. It was my Phaeton’s fault with my friend, who could not make a mistake. Today, however, the responsible customer service employee called me and told me that he was being trained on this problem just in the context of a work shop. It is a problem, according to VW, that with rSAP hands-on obviously occurs regularly after a software update.
