Lustenau/Dornbirn – A 26-year-old motorcyclist who was travelling at up to 170 km/h was stopped by the Vorarlberg police on Tuesday. The test driver’s license owner had previously taken his racer ride and the escape from the executive with a camera. At around 5 p.m. the motorcyclist noticed a civilian patrol of the traffic police in Lustenau because he was travelling far too fast. In the area of a roundabout the man overtook a car despite a barrier line and accelerated strongly. Instead with the allowed 80 hour kilometers the two-wheeler boarded with about 150 km/h in the direction of Dornbirn. The officials followed the 26-year-old with blue light and follow-on horn, however, what he ignored. According to the police, the man had still adjusted a camera which he had installed in the foot area to film himself. Up to 170 km/h fast During the escape the patrol measured speeds of up to 170 km/h, it was said. Only in the local area of Dornbirn, when the motorcycle driver had to throttle his speed in the denser traffic, could he be stopped. No one was injured.
