Two dealers – two different amounts

Peugeot 208, 99PS, Diesel Year of construction 03/2017 30,000 km Hello, I would like to tell you an interesting story. A few weeks ago a dog ran in front of my car. The masters did not notice that he escaped from the house. To shorten the story: He is doing very well, has nothing For the police the thing has been clear also quickly, the dog owner has to pay for the damage. With them there was also no discussion, they have seen. However, the As privately paid, a dog insurance is not available. Hm, ok, they have now hopefully learned a lot from the matter. Inquiry at the Peugeot car dealership 1 cost damage dog: 1.400€ duration: 1.5 to 2 weeks inspection (now available anyway): approx. 420€ private repair (paint damage on the bumper): 450€ car rental: 35€/day The dog owner fell out of all clouds. He cannot explain the amount of the costs and the duration anyway. I honestly also did not. f agrees that I will get another quote from another dealer.Request from the Peugeot dealership 2 Costs Damage Dog: 600€ Duration: 3 days inspection (now available anyway): ca. 320€ Private repair (painting damage on the bumper): 250€ Car rental: gifted After a short conversation with the master about the high differences, the following results: They are a family business and are happy to work together with satisfied customers. If there was an insurance policy in the back, you could of course do a little more. The inspection is just so cheaper with them. They do the paint damage so cheaply, because they are working there anyway by the impact with the dog, then you can connect it to each other. I get the rental car given by the amount of the costs. I find this incredible. If I find it incredibly brazen I don’t know yet, because I haven’t had much experience with car dealerships yet and how they actually work out. Anyway, the dog owner is a lot happier and I can finish this with a good conscience.
