500SL 1982 reawakened after 5years…

Hello , have a 500SL 1982 , this has now stood beaten 5 years , only 70,000 km on the clock , if you have times of some dampness entrances at the heatable rear windshield aside an almost impeccable light blue dream …… have filled the cylinders after screwing out the candles with WD40 , and that in small quantities but several times within 4 days , . after then I began to turn it slightly by hand . everything perfectly expired . then I renewed fuel , fuel pump and fuel filter. Battery logically also, as well as motoroel+filter. the engine jumped already after few turns, great aggregate!! sounds clean, however it goes out after a few seconds again – after a pressure measurement on the volume divider I had to determine that the pump first took relatively long to produce the operating pressure, then after starting the pressure drops to 2.5 bar, which naturally does not encourage the nozzles to open. after some staretning the motor jumps again, however only for this short period. the pressure of the pump itself exceeds the 6 bar. is I correctly in the assumption that it can be a pressure loss in the volume divider which can be caused by one or more defective O-rings ??? should I perform other tests before disassembly ?? many greetings chris
