Hello everyone! I now have a “small” problem and would be very happy about a few tips! I had a traffic damage case exactly a month ago. In the roundabout I drove quite quietly home in my lane, when suddenly a girl from the right lane came into mine. Her car was a bit front, right in front of me and probably I was in a blind spot and since the distance between us was perhaps only 2-3 meters, I could not brake so fast and put her into the She immediately called the police and at the same time started to cry violently.. After that, the police came, took some pictures and wrote down something. The girl said that I was to blame because I was in the same lane as her and when she braked briefly, I drove into her car. I don’t know what the police wrote.. I notified her insurance, we prepared an expert report there about the damage court. He and then I waited. Yesterday came a letter from there, where it says that they still requested the police file and that we have to wait until the file is there. Today I called there and the SB told me that the other party is of the opinion that it is innocent and therefore the guilt should lie with me… Now my question; if the police took over the description of the woman in the minutes and practically confirmed my guilt; what should I do? And my two a question: the young lady named a witness; this witness is in my opinion very dubious; for I did not see her during the time of the accident and she only came later; and I believe that she is friends with my opponent.. so my guess: they phoned, she came and probably gave the record that she experienced everything live… then she could theoretically say that I was actually in the same track and was to blame for all em bin… what should I do now in such a case? PS: I took a picture later (the next day) of the high-rise building and then created a sketch of the location or the road position with two cars (and gave the insurance), this is the first picture here; moreover, I uploaded here the three pictures that show the situation after the incident; where the cars stand and the damage itself.. can be recognized from these pictures immediately that they correspond with my description of the incident immen? I would be very happy to answer!!!
