Hello and that I caused an accident with my motorcycle about a year ago, in which a third-party damage of approx. 17,000 € was incurred. The motorcycle was admitted to me and insured. The stupid thing about it is that I have no driver’s license, the insurance has regulated the damage and demands now regress. “According to the AKB our freedom of performance is limited to 500€ due to this violation of responsibility towards you” So my question is I must in any case number en ? or is there perhaps a way to avoid the demand? I should sign a debt statement! how should I best proceed ??
