Pegasus Sky 50 runs only without automatic cold starter

Moin, I recently bought a cheap Pegasus Sky 50 (Bj. 1998) with ~26tKm. The previous owner wanted to sell it because the scooter didn’t want to start after hibernation. This has already been done: •Gasers cleaned in the ultrasonic bath (no nozzles are free) •Zündkerze renewed (spark is there) •Cold start automatic renewed (also works) •old petrol replaced with new •CDI connections checked •Sluices and bells checked for leaks •Battery charged Now si If the automatic cold starter is connected and installed, the planer starts by itself with an E-starter, but after a short time (about 10sec). If the automatic cold starter is broken down and you hold the hole where the automatic cold starter is normally, the scooter starts without any problems. In order for it to stay on, you have to open the hole a little further after a short time and depending on how well it runs, to continue or open it. i only held/opened with my finger. If it runs like this, you can also give normal gas and co. I have already tried all possible settings on the carburettor (mixed and stationary gas screw), but nothing helps, so that it runs with built-in cold start automatic. Now I need more ideas/proposals, what I can do/try. Thank you already in advance.
