I think that MT should undergo a small revision of the terms of use. Recently, some user names appear, which are apparently intended to lead to a confusion with old users, in one case even the same image was selected temporarily. In other forums, such “half-clones” are deleted immediately and, if another and older account can be assigned to this login, it gets in the same turn a warning.
