Dear friends, I was taken two weeks ago. I received the report yesterday. Reperatur costs 40.000€ and the impairment 3.500€. Everything now runs through a lawyer. The car is built in 12/2019 and currently has 16,000 km down. In the report there is nothing of the replacement value, or has the evaluator not taken into account. Is this an economic total damage?
