  • Can anyone explain to me about the turbo?

Hello, I’m driving a Mondeo 2.0 TDDI tournament BJ 2001. What I think is to know is that the turbo “starts” at approx. 2000U/min. Now I’m not sure if it always starts at 2000U/min or what has to do with the desired acceleration. Sometimes it’s like this when I drive just above 2000U/min… ca. 2100 – 2200 U/min again I notice the Trurbo “starts” but then goes out again and approaches again…. I don’t speed up but basically keep the pace. Does that mean that here is the area where the turbo can’t really decide if it should go on now or not? Sometimes, when accelerating, I notice extremely that the turbo “starts” and sometimes that’s a sliding transition… and of course I sometimes have the feeling that it doesn’t “start” at all. A little info would be great!

  • Which used car check + tips I can pay attention to

Finally there was a Leon in my “circle” (only 1 hour) away, which meets my requirements. Namely he : https://www.au-ra.de/vehicle inventory/detailview/?orderId=052 Now I have made a viewing appointment and now I ask myself, because I do not have so much idea, where I can take the car to check through. The seller himself offers a DEKRA or TÜV report, but only if the car is not good (?). I don’t care, but I don’t care, because I want to have such a check and therefore I bear the costs myself. There are about 10-12 kilometers away, once the TÜV and the DEKRA, of course, both offer a check. And then there is probably still nearby this one here: http://branchenbuch.meinestadt.de/garrel/company/9141746. Is just a private car inspection center the TÜV do and according to the seller also look over over the car. Now I ask myself the question should I de At least the TÜV says how expensive the whole thing is 90€. Advantage of TÜV and DEKRA would be that they are “forward away” and I reach them by highway and thus I would have already completed my test drive, which would not be close to the private one. BTW: Otherwise any tips on what I can pay attention to when buying? Thanks for your help.

  • shark fin antenna: only GSM or GPS?

hello forum! have decided after a long time now for a portable navi http://www.garmin.de/index.php?content=Product descriptions/Quest.php by the metallised disks I also have to buy the antenna with it, e.g. the one: http://garmin.de/Show-Zubehör.php?znr[1]=500043 but would prefer to use an original of saab. how can you tell if the installed shark fin on the 9-5 combi is only suitable for GSM, or also as a naval antenna? my 9-5 (20) 019 didn’t have a navi as standard, but could the antenna possibly still be navi-suitable? what can an original saab GSm-GPS antenna cost and what are there for GPS plugs down there? who knows what. please thank you for info

  • 9-5 2,3T Aero /used – Buy or not?! (e.g. engine..)

Had actually needed to buy the 9-5 2.3 Turbo Aero before me. It has 87′ km on it. Never heard great about engine damage until here in the forum. But now the threads have made me VERY unsure, since with Saab often a motor damage occurs?! Is this actually like this or only on certain models? DO YOU REPLY THE DANK!!

  • Car Deregistration and Last Journey

Hello together, at the end of the week we sold our Golf Cabrio and bought another car. The new car is still at the dealer, it is to be picked up Monday, it is located in a neighbouring registration area. We drive our old car until then and leave it then to the dealer, where we bought the car. Now I am thought of to drive the car, according to the plan, tomorrow, then with unsealed license plate on the same day to the dealer n (neighbouring registration district, distance about 100 km, so unfortunately not exactly around the corner, therefore my caution) to exchange the car then easily. I stumble however just over the history with the insurance protection. In the legal text it says that a journey is still possible on the same day, but only for registration and / or HU purposes. I derive from the fact that a journey is only possible on the same day between the registration office and the home, because otherwise it is in the law xt in my opinion also not. However, we want to take the car to the dealer – and that no longer serves a registration purpose, but rather is to be understood as a transfer journey. My question to those who can say as precisely as possible “Yes, can you”, or “No, that this is better” – How is the situation here? May we do this? Is the journey insured even though no “authorization journey”? Or should one address this question to the insurance company? (Already done, direct insurance) erung, no call possible, e-mail answer is waiting for you). Thank you for reading and in advance for your efforts, Sarah

  • Sprinter engine 519 CDI noise

Hello to everyone. I have used a Hymerwohnmobil integrated with engine 519 CDI. The vehicle has a warranty until Oct. 2014. When the vehicle is accelerated and the engine is warm you hear an additional noise. It sounds like something is rubbing or grinding. Three workshop visits at different Mercedes houses did not help. All companies have confirmed the disturbing noise but finally defined it as the state of the art. Who knows the problem and can keep me going. lfen? I am grateful for any answer. hweinz
