  • Fallen on the mouth right at the beginning

    Hello dear Harley community. I’m new to you because I only fulfilled my old dream of Harley this year. Based on my first experiences, I want to ask you for advice. Dangers are I only once with the iron: in February to the nearest Harley screwdriver. I wanted to put the good piece there for a thorough inspection. (You don’t know if you might have bought a cat in a bag, will you?). Now May, the super weekends v orbei and I still haven’t got my Harley back. The guy apologizes with flimsy excuses, did one or the other on the moped, but doesn’t get into the pötte. I’m pissed off of course. I sent him a letter from my lawyer with a deadline until today 17.5. I don’t have a motorcycle, no order confirmation, no invoice. But the repair is supposed to cost over 4000 € now! I’m flat. Is Harley so expensive? And now my Fra If so, which one? Or does anyone know the company Iron Horse, Parts and Service for HD in Welver-Dinker. Please contact us, because together we may be stronger.   • Combi with low consumption for young family

    Hello everybody, I am currently looking for a new car for me. At the moment commuters are still in the work but now the Deutsche Bahn is not so much fun. My wife drives our Astra 5 door. After we hopefully soon have family growth my car should be a combi and main use. Requirement is quite concrete cost: max. 18000 € I would prefer 14/15,000 Combi Diesel max. consumption 6 liters (yearly running power approx. 25000 km) age and K M relatively no matter equipment must: spacious trunk and back space (carcases + bags should go in already, inviting without cramps would be great) seat heating MP3 radio with USB interface hands-free equipment equipment would be great but no need: Tempomat Ipod/IPhone compatible My wife and I are not sure how big the station wagon should be. Is enough an Astra Sports Tourer, Focus tournament or has to be a Mazda6, Mondeo. Very important for me is the economy in the form of fuel consumption, insurance, etc. Favorit currently is a Renault Megane Grandtour. Think the requirement is quite classic young family looking for economic car Would I appreciate tips and opinions Greetings

  • Search car for irregular use

    Hello together! I am looking for a car with which I would like to drive about 700 km every 2 weekends, otherwise hardly. The whole should only go like this for 1-2 years, after that I don’t need it anymore. Since I am a student my budget for the car only goes up to about 1500 euros (like under), reliable and sure it should be and the fuel consumption to some extent keep in place. So it would be for pure highway rides. I own my driver’s license for almost 4 years, a Jah I also had a car, which would not have been suitable for long distances. Of course, I had already informed myself a little bit and had thought of an old Mercedes Benz 190 E up to approx. 200,000 km. It is essentially more important to me on the reliability (which, as I said, can only be given for 2 years, later resale is not absolutely necessary) than on PS number, appearance, interior equipment etc.. If someone tips, E L.G. Achso: It would be interesting if I would like to take 2-3 people with me over a ride. It would be nice if it were a 4/5 door with a bit of legroom in the back. (so also the idea with the 190s)

  • Weight distribution against understeers in curve input

    Hello friends, after all I’ve seen, both rear and front thrusters push over the front axle if you approach a curve too quickly. I suspect that the mass inertia of the entire vehicle plays in and the weight distribution is less relevant. What I ask myself is based on this: Does this behavior change if you put more weight on the VA? This is likely to increase the pressure on the front tyres, which results in more grip. VG 008t

  • Check torque wrench for function

    Hello I have a question about whether you can test whether the torque clasp triggers at the correct nm number. Background: With my car the brakes have been re-made in a workshop. After 50km I then pulled the nuts with the torque clasp. 90nm are manufacturer specifications. Has also triggered at 90nm. I then increased to 120nm for fun. I triggered again. 130nm increased again. Only when I set to 140nm it did not trigger any more (cracked ). Or just pull the works too tight ?

  • Full braking with new discs / blockers

    Hi together, I just had to do a full braking with my nigel-new, yesterday mounted brakes (about 100km down), (from about 80km/h, wet road, ABS has immediately grasped, braking to a standstill without standing on the brake afterwards, discs and blocks by Zimmermann). Since I have always heard that a full braking for new brakes is not good at all but have just read that it is bullshit because the discs are heat-treated and s o what can be more than easy, I was happy to clarify the topic – what’s right now? Can the system have taken a damage? How can I check it now? (whether the discs have broken or similar) Or is a full braking from 200km/h + required for a damage? Was I interested, also independent of my case. VG

    Hi people I hope you can help me=) online and in the literature I find contradictory statements about this :Z there is a difference between incomplete and imperfect or complete and perfect combustion, meanwhile I know that there is a difference complete combustion is sufficient oxygen available to oxidize the hydrocarbons to carbon dioxide and water… in the incomplete and imperfect, additional substances are created, e.g. carbon monoxide…because there is too little oxygen to completely oxidize the hydrocarbons… merci=)

  • Where does the purple edge or glimmer of LED light throw come from?

    Hello, I have already been addressed to the Lila Schimmer or edge of the light cone by my LED headlights several times. Unfortunately, I couldn’t give a suitable explanation for this so far, except, “because the LED headlights are”. Google has so far thrown nothing out of me. Can anyone explain this to me here?
