Hello, on my 1970s Oldsmobile Toronado the steering wheel is defective in as far as the horn can no longer be operated by the steering wheel. Now I am either looking for a shop that can repair and restore something like this, or a new steering wheel, where I have unfortunately found nothing, or a very flat button, with which I can operate the horn. Does anyone have an idea? Thanks and greets

Differential: How does the difference from a 3.08 to 3.42 translation become noticeable?
Hello Leutz, one speaks here and there of blocked and short axles. But how does a 3.42 ratio make itself noticeable if one had a 3.08 in it before? Would one only notice it on the highway or is it already on the 1/4 mile that it is “different”? Or is even the difference from a 3.08 to a 3.42 so small that the conversion is not worth it? Therefore, I would like to have translated my bird a little shorter than the 3.08. riding on a blocked 3.42 makes sense or you would have to go even higher to make a difference on the first meters…. US Cars for an event
Hello guys! I have a question! I am a student of an event class in Mülheim and we are planning an event in the Turbinenhalle in Oberhausen on 16.07.2011! We are looking for people who have their US cars to present there! The background of this event is a school project! The event is called Rock’n’Ruhrpott – Stars, Cars & Rock’n’Roll. On this day we are supposed to rock properly. We hire bands, set up several stands and plan a really gei Les Rock’n’Roll program to let you live the mood of the ’50s & ’60s. So who wants to know more… our homepage is in progress. So who has Bock can post something… would be really cool! I’m happy about every entry, about every yes and every no! So guys I’m happy about post! Greeting Erik

Ford Mustang Shelby GT 350 Cabrio for sale
Have a real Ford Mustang Shelby GT 350 convertible for sale. The Mustang is in new condition, is duty-paid and upgraded with new TÜV and AU. All papers are available and the vehicle still has warranty. First registration was 2010, but is a 2008 model. Has now 10200 miles and the service has just been made. Limited to 2000 pieces and probably the only one in Germany. Who is interested can call me at 01781857772.

SUV or combo? Leasing rate up to 450€, 40tkm
Hi people, a new chapter in my career is due in February. For this new task I am looking for a car that offers a lot of space and is “favorable” in the maintenance. It is important that the vehicle does not exceed a monthly leasing rate of 450€ at 40tkm/year. My absolute favorite is the VW Amarok Canyon, but the fuel consumption alone is the best criterion a SUV should be anyway, since with frequent motorway rides the higher seating m .M.n is much more comfortable. After a long research, a few vehicles have made it into the narrow selection (also combos):SUV: VW Tiguan, MINI Countryman, BMW X1 & Volvo xc60 Combi: BMW 3er Touring, VW Golf Variant & Seat Leon ST Allesamt fit into the budget, fit from fuel consumption (diesel should be) and I think I offer enough space in the trunk with flat loading area with folded seats. Now I wanted to know what in your opinion would be the best car, in which I will be the next 3 years Happy through Southern Germany curve. Of course you can also bring suggestions with you… Thanks for your help, Bene

VW Passat Variant or BMW 3 Series Touring? (New car)
Hello! I have to choose one of the two cars from the company. Budget approx. 40,000 euros. (Diesel) I’m quite honest: I don’t like either of the two cars, the BMW is super tight from the inside and the image is rather wrong. The passat is for me the un-car par excellence, almost as bad as the golf, I don’t even care about cars you buy a passat. Absolutely nothing. In addition, it becomes a diesel, which for me as a hybrid driver about a step back into the Steinzeit corresponds. So I like both cars equally little and therefore I would like to ask you for advice which pure of the bid is the better car. I also know that neither VW nor BMW are particularly reliable. Our company cars are always in the workshop. But fortunately, I don’t need to worry about that. Therefore, regardless of taste and quality. What can the BMW not do and vice versa? I am happy to be convinced. Thank you!

Purchase advice for mother, mini van, station wagon or similar
My mom is looking for a new car. Should be more like a new car. MA brother gets a child and that should also find space there including prams etc. She first came to the Renault Kangoo because of the doors behind. But I find this thing ugly. What do you say to a B-Max ? What does it look like in a combo regarding the place ? Fabia Comci or Focus Tournament ? Skoda Roomstar ?

Must recharge my battery at the latest every 3 weeks!! Ask for your help!!
Halli dear friends here in the forum. I still have (unfortunately) a very big problem with my battery. I have described this problem here before and received good tips from you. I own a VW Polo 1.4 16 V, 86 hp. It is built in 2010, and has up to now 22000 km on the hump. Unfortunately, I have constantly the problem with a battery that is very heavily discharged after a maximum of 3 weeks. In the vehicle is a 45 AH battery installed. I drive with it every day to work, the but not more than 3 km away. Must unfortunately use the car for this distance, because I have a very badly damaged hip, and bike or scooters fail. Was with the problem already with the friendly. He allegedly checked everything, i.e. alternator, battery power, and also the rest current consumption. The rest current consumption was according to the friendly 55 milliampere hours. The friendly then pushed this on the allegedly short distances of me, because the Time of the ride just wouldn’t be enough to recharge the battery again. But now I have to say that I was driving a 110 HP TDI, Golf IV before. It had exactly the same driving distance. And with that I had never had an empty battery. Not at all regular. Can it be that VW in this case simply saved on the generator and installed a very low performance? That can really only recharge the vehicle on longer distances? I’m looking forward to your contributions. Had this topic here as I said before. But I can’t believe the saying of the friendly one so easily, because with the predecessor GolfIV I’ve never had these problems as I said before. Look forward to your contributions and wash everyone here a nice and relaxing Sunday. Lg Tom:-)
