Hello. I’m looking for a 3 sound fanfare that sounds like truck/trucks. More precisely, I’m looking for something that sounds relatively similar to this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=icnRMW6P9nc And no, I don’t want to scare people with it I just like the sound of WELTEN better than that of most mic 0815 auto horns. I know, there are already threads about this. But I didn’t find a affordable horn/fanfare/honn with such a sound. At least none of the ones you can find are in Austria (and probably also Germany) admitted / registered. With the Americans it all seems to be a little easier…. Does anyone have an idea where to get something like this? Best such a set where everything you need is included. (Fanfare, compressor, …) PS: Even if the date makes it possible to guess – this should NOT be Aprillschertz happy about your answers MfG Domi

Experience with Monzol5© as a diesel additive
Since my proposal has received a positive response in the main thread,http://www.motor-talk.de/…/…-oel-dieselfuel-t623039.html?… I am creating an extra Monzol5© thread here for the reviews and discussions. At this point it is placed across the brand and accessible for all. The original main thread http://www.motor-talk.de/…/2-stroke-oel-dieselfuel-t623039.html is to continue to address the topic of a 2-stroke oil admixture to the diesel fuel. Onzol5©, which some of us are already using, is no longer a “2-stroke oil”, rather a “broadband diesel additive”, as its creator says. Therefore, it makes sense to treat the Monzol5© separately as a standalone product. I hope you agree with me. My order is still on the way, so I can’t report anything on experience. Some have already commented on it in the main thread. Can you please post your reports again at this point. Thank you. Greetings to Dieselpanscher, Georg

Other ignition/start speed in (super) sports car?
If I look at videos of starting supercars, e.g.Aston Martinhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b1zDlqhqaBM I always notice that 1) the ignition will ignite longer (“zzzz noise”) 2) the speed after starting is short-term higher than with “weak” everyday cars Is all this only show and sound design, or also technically necessary, because of the large cylinder capacity or 12 cylinders? Also with the S600, which should be designed to be “decent”, I have this longer ignition device h… and the “start gas shock” seems to be more than usual (video e.g. this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tc08SRWDUh8)

Riser slightly crooked
Slim S 2 years. Who has personal experience with it? If the re. handlebar end is a little closer to the body than the left one and the riser is also slightly slanted on the fork bridge, because this twist took place by lashing when loading, is it then possible by loosening the two lower riser nuts to fix this? Has anyone already done this for themselves? Thanks for practical solutions in advance.

Vehicle damaged at pickup -> in 3 years return (photo inside)
Hello together I picked up my new VW Polo GTI last Saturday in the car town. Unfortunately the vehicle was not completely lack-free, which unfortunately only after leaving the plant on the way home noticed. At the A-pillar is a small cut, which probably originated during the production or overpassing. (See photo) “no problem” I thought and thus got presented on Monday at the friendly. I have to say he is very nice and accommodating, unfortunately he has to said “pech had” that should have been noticed and said during the takeover. But at the moment of the takeover, of course, I was full of emotion and didn’t really pay attention to that. nevertheless asked VW a question. Let’s see what comes out of it. For me there are 2 questions: 1. VW will certainly say that I or one of my fellow drivers was. How is the legal situation? I would have theoretically 2 witnesses who could testify (and become) that nobody damaged anything at the A-pillar Is it enough for 2 witnesses to prove it? 2. How is the whole thing going with the return in 3 years (3-way-financing), can the dealer deduct something from me for this? After all, I am not to blame, nevertheless, the right to return exists only in good faith to the dealer and not in good faith. VW. Thank you very much for your assessment.

How to deal with incorrect disclosure in advertisements before collection?
Hello all, I hope I’m right here. I placed the “binding order” for an annual car in a car dealership a few days ago. Now I went through the advertisement again and I noticed a discrepancy. At the top of the overview of the equipment is large “navigation system”, further below however “SYNC3 light”, which is according to the price list of the manufacturer without Navi. I suspect by now very strong that the car has no Navi. In the contract itself is even kei Unfortunately, I tried another vehicle in detail and only drove it around the block and looked at it once, without checking every single feature, whether it really is there. The Navi was not the most important point now, but an argument, why I took this one in particular and not another car. On the Internet I could already find that the ads, even if nothing is in the purchase contract, How would you proceed, what possibilities do I have? Possible goal would be either a discount, the change of the vehicle at the same car dealership or even the cancellation and the purchase elsewhere (or improvement, which probably is not possible?). Thank you already!

Peugeot 107 – Mould in the trunk/water entrance – Repair or Sell
Hello together, my post is a little more extensive than a pure sales consultation. If the thread fits better elsewhere, please move it there. Thank you so much I found out this weekend after heavy rain that water has entered my Peugeot 107 in the trunk. Everything there is completely wet. Unfortunately I had a cover in the trunk and no longer looked under it. Now the disaster is perfect, it has properly mold in the trunk I had the topic of water entry already last year, at that time in the area of the windshield, since the glue did not hold there anymore. Now again water entry. Google thinks that the problem may occur more often and have different causes. Now I am thinking about what I do best. The car has about 120.0 m. I am not sure if I can get the right idea of the car. 00 kilometers on it and is about 10 years old. TÜV is on in September. Car is otherwise quite good in the shot. I’m basically happy now the question is whether I’m buying a new car. Have looked at mobile and there is a Peugeot with the mileage in my region with approx. 2000 – 3000 € listed. How much I can expect for mine then, I can hardly estimate. I am now thinking about whether I’m selling the car and getting a new car or again the Maybe remove mold and then sell clue enters the water? Here I need your assessment which makes the most sense. Thank you very much.

Another 6,586 scrappings…

With scrapping premium, more money is invested than planned.
Now that the scrapping hysteria is over, would I be interested to know if it happened to others similar to me and the finance minister got back part of his UPP through higher tax revenues? I had planned for 2009 the purchase of a car – new or needed – for about EUR 10,000 firmly. But I now spent about € 2,500 more than I had intended, but got a nice car with many gimmicks for it. Without the premiums a VW Golf would be a lot Too expensive, Opel Corsa or Suzuki Swift, both without air conditioning and other toys, would have been considered.

low maintenance costs, low consumption, max. 4000 EUR
Hi guys, at first I wanted to buy a small car and kept looking at the Twingo because I had set the budget at 2,000 EUR. However, for the money it will be really hard to get what ‘shit’ as I notice. Therefore I would like to use my budget of 4,000 EUR as follows, my requirements are the following: – no coupé or convertible, should definitely be 4/5 doors – I don’t care whether petrol or diesel, mainly city consumption is less than 8l and combo less than 7. I s However, it will probably be better to be a petrol engine, because I certainly do not drive more than 12,000km a year and mostly in the city or near surroundings. That probably speaks for a petrol engine, doesn’t it? I would like the torque of a diesel with turbo better. It should consume as little as possible, but still have a passageway, I should be able to drive on the highway at least 160km/h, and at 130 I should still be able to overtake – preferably no small car, so that 4 In any case, I should be able to accommodate two children on the back seat, and in the trunk a stroller + accessories without any problems. With a Twingo this will be a bit difficult, I thought about the size of a Seat Leon or Ford Focus? But can also be bigger, I have nothing against a limousine or a car. – he should definitely have ABS, el.FH, servo, ZV, airbags in front and if possible ESP. – it would be possible to store luggage. If he was not older than 10 years (from 2003) and had less than 100,000km on the hump. – green badge he should preferably have – as far as possible no expensive brands, so that the repair or service costs are not high. Is not in the budget anyway, but I exclude with it: Daimler, BMW, and also other ‘exotes’. Therefore, does not necessarily want a Saab. Which models could you recommend to me on the basis of these criteria? Would this focus be something for me or is that a no-go? With spritmonitor indicating an average consumption of 8.5l for this vehicle, and not as stated 5l (that would be too nice to be true). Look forward to your opinions and thank me very much in advance.
