  • What do you recommend to me?

Hello all, I had already insured 2 times a car over my mother as second car with the Huk Coburg. But until now it was always too short so that the % did not go down yet. So is still on 140% since I now get a Golf IV TDI 90ps bj 99 welhcer properly what costs in the insurance I want to ask you how I can insure this as cheaply and cleverly as possible. What can you recommend to me? I call you again a few things about me My mother has insured her car with the Huk all-inclusive (Golf 4 bj 2003) on 45%. I am independent if I should specify this however with the insurance I do not know.. or if it plays a role at all. I live by the way in Hamburg. I would be really interested now if something can be done so that I can insure the car as cheaply as possible or maybe get my percentages off Many thanks already Edit: I am 20 years old, my driver’s license was almost 2 years old. My mother was working as an official at the Postbank but went into early retirement.

  • “Wrong name” in vehicle letter

Dear all – Another story from the offices of the Spanish Traffic Authorities ;-/ When importing a car from Germany into Spain, this was the scenario: Leasing company A buys the car new A leases the car out to the consulting company B The vehicle letter is issued in the name of B When the lease is completed, B returns the car to A A sells the car to a private person C C sells the car to me So, along to the traffic authorities in Munich… I do “all the right things” as usual, and get my execute characterise valid for 4 months, pay my german fees and taxes, and the car is de-listed from the german vehicle register. Off we go to Spain. In Spain, when asking for the registration of the car on Spanish plates, the Spanish Traffic Authorites gets their big hang-up: The name in the vehicle letter is B, and not C – and takes the car into their deposit. I can provide the initial purchase receipt when A bought the car, and the sales contract when A sold the car to C, but as long as B is listed in the Fahrzeugbrief, the Spanish Traffic Authorites could’nt care less … I have been in contact with the leasing company A and the consultant company B, but due to “company regulations and restriction” they would not release any certified copy of the leasing contract that exists between A and B (a frame agreement covering a lot more than just “my car”. So what could be done … ? Any suggestions ? I come to think of the possibility to re-enter the car into the German vehicle register (re-impor t) as the only way to have a new vehicle letter issued? And then with this new vehicle letter (with the correct name of Mr C this time) try again to take the car to Spain… But my problem is, then I cannot present the car for the German Authorities (just can get current pictures and a confirmation I guess from the Spanish Traffic Authorites that the car is “safley stored” in their deposit. Any help or advice that leads to the “recovery” of this car, would be rewarded!

  • Risk – Driving with expired Tüv ?

Hello, my car no longer makes the Tüv (or it is no longer worth it). The badge has expired last month. I would like to continue driving the car until about the end of the year and look for a successor in peace. According to the fine catalog, obviously not much can happen to me. It will only be really expensive from 8 months (+ points). What about the insurance in case of a case ? Thank you for your answers. (PS: the car is not a moving pile of junk, by the way, I I’m not tired of life, but because of the age 15, it’s just not worth anything anymore and it rusts strongly)

  • “Inadvertent” wrong entry of the EC year

Hello to each other! What would interest me, how bad it would be if I had a small typing error when entering from the first year of registration (such a year or two). I ask because some insurance companies no longer offer cash insurance for my car. That in case of an accident (as the error could suddenly be noticed and voluntarily reported to the insurance) would of course only be paid the actual vehicle value, does not bother me, but het Could insurance cover even be denied? Thank you for your answers in advance! Greeting Golf3AAZ

  • What happens to percentages when you emigrate ???

My dad moved about to America 2 years ago and now I wonder what happened to the percentages?! He had no more car before emigrating, but then stay the percentages at the last insurance he was registered with or how can I imagine that?! Because if there is still her and he couldn’t take her with him, can I take her as a daughter? Does anyone have any experience with this?

  • Where can I insure my X5???

So far I always had two (middle class) business vehicles, one for my wife and one for me. At the beginning of next year I get a business car of the upper class, the second car for my wife unfortunately does not need to be. For my wife it should be an X5, probably a 4.4. Since I have never driven a private car before, it was clear to me that I have to get in with a high SF, I am practically novice. 🙂 My problem, many companies Insure the X5 only from a certain SF in the comprehensive, in France and Italy there is no anti-theft protection (there we drive 4 times a year for a week on holiday). I had the most beautiful experience with a direct insurance, which offered me only an SB of 5000,00. !!!!!!!!!!!!!I WANT TO LAKE A X5 INSURANCE AND ANY LOCATION!!!!!!!!! 🙂 🙂 Does someone know an insurance broker who could help me here? I think that I am from my work and commission I have received a confirmation that I have been without damage for at least 5 years. I have had a vehicle running on my name before, unfortunately with two accidents, so I am not a “first insurer”. My wife has no SF, since she has always driven my second business car.

  • Who pays 50:50 for the report?

I already used the search function, but unfortunately I found nothing. My wife (holder) had an accident with your Nissan Almera. She drove someone on it. I (insurance provider) then went to the workshop next day and there was a DEKRA man there who got an expert report and sent it to the opposing insurance. My insurance company wrote me today that this is probably a 50:50 case. Who pays now the expert report from the Dekr a (always 400,-Euro)? I pay 50% and the opposing insurance 50%, or does the opposing insurance have to pay this opinion completely? Unfortunately, the opposing insurance still hasn’t registered (after 3 months). Have asked what is now more often, but it probably takes another week because they have only received the police files. All other questions (which I had) have already been discussed in the forum. If the opposing insurance also starts from 50:50 Who then pays the attorney’s fees (also 50:50) ? How much will they be like this? The repair costs amount to 1199,45EUR+VAT.If I have to pay myself the repair costs (50% of them without VAT), then I also get money for the days of failure (according to expert opinion 3 days)? In the report there is once a replacement value of 2068,97EUR+VAT. and once a replacement value with difference tax of 2344,21EUR+VAT. u mean? And last question: My wife was sick for 1 week (prellations chest, neck, hand…etc.)Do you get 50:50 pain money? What do we have to bear in mind?

  • Buyer wants to cancel a purchase contract one month after purchase?

Good noon dear forum, the situation is following, about a month ago I sold a vehicle privately for about 10 thousand euros. The vehicle ran flawlessly, had no problems and all maintenance work were always done. The buyer came to the inspection and a few days later he bought the vehicle then after a little negotiation on the phone and picked it up. Possibly still to be added, that the buyer planned a few days later several thousand kilometers in the Urla ub. So far so good, but now a letter from a lawyer who is to act as a “mediator” and who was commissioned by the legal protection insurance behind Mr. xxx. came with the approximate words: “Mr. xxx. demands that the purchase contract be reversed, ggf with judicial help, since the vehicle has a defective in the cooling system, of which they knew in view of the high coolant consumption! and they did not point him to this deficiency. that they got in touch with him! ” And this is simply not true, the vehicle had no problems with the coolant or anything else as long as it was in my possession, it ran perfectly and was used until the last day and the buyer of course also made a test drive and looked at everything before buying. My question to the forum is now, what do you think is coming to me? and what would you recommend to me in this situation? many thanks in advance lg

  • Merchant wants to sell payment in the customer order. Risk?

Hello her, when buying a new vehicle my old vehicle was given in payment. Now the dealer asks whether he can sell my old vehicle in the customer order. Does this mean a Riskio for me? I know that the dealer is fine as a result of this regarding guarantee. What if after the purchase of my old vehicle a defect occurs and the buyer then turns to me, since the dealer has sold in the customer order.
