hi ! times a question for the “insurance forum” … have bought my bmw 320d from a free dealer. I recently had elketronik problems and put the dealer’s car on the farm for 3 days. he made an unsuccessful rep. attempt and then said he needed the car again. but whether it takes 1 day or a whole week he can not say yet, because the electronic problems are sooo hard to find and the guarantee for electrical problems anyway does not pay. since I really very a uf the car is instructed and was already angry anyway, because he did not call a single time during these 3 days, contrary to his promises, I brought my car into a bmw workshop, which found the error within half a day and repaired the next day i.d early. so far, so good. only now does not want to pay the used car insurance, because he does not get the approval of the (free) dealer (he refuses that) and He wants to do the repair himself. and now I’m sitting there. the car is repaired, is wideder expect now a “insurance case”, because it was not the electrics but different sensors and the dealer makes with the insurance on stubborn and does not give his approval. what do you think about it ??? what possibilities do I have ?? the insurance claims that the dealer should have been informed. yes, understand, should I have my car because of the shit a total of 1.5 weeks in the workshop, just because he doesn’t comes to repair it, or just can’t find the error asking for your opinions and with high blood pressure greetings, daniel
