  • Gear oil change during speedfight

    Hello, I have tried to change the gear oil at my Peugeot Speedfight today. The scooter has already 11400 km on the clock, and it’s time to change the oil. I thought it couldn’t be that hard. Wrong thought! I can’t find a gear oil release screw at my Speedfight. Then I dismantled the pot and the rear wheel to look for this stupid screw. When I had my nose full, then I got to our Peugeot dealer a Then I asked him: How do I get the transmission oil from the transmission without the exhaust screw? He said: The transmission oil is only refilled if something is missing. You don’t need to change that. Then I have my scooter assembled again, and the old oil is still in my transmission. And suction is only bad, because you don’t need to change it because of the fact that you have to do it again. how do I get the old oil out of my gearbox??? I can’t put the scooter vertically, and wait until the oil has run out??? My father said that if I disassembled the gearbox, the oil will run out there automatically. But that’s too much for me. Is there no better method????

  • Vivacity suddenly doesn’t start anymore

    Hello friends of the night, this is my first topic, so please be lenient with me. I have never had anything to do with motor-powered vehicles (except for the car rides during my driving licence) and bought my first scooter 3 days ago: A Peugeot New Vivacity, 49ccm, 4T with 2500km, EZ 2010. He jumped on several times without any problems and I drove from the place of purchase about 20km to me. There I then parked it and stood 3 days covered outside The previous owner gave me the tip to press the gas tap several times before starting, to “pump some gasoline ahead”. That worked once, too, the engine ran a few seconds, but when I tried again, nothing went on again. I already tried with the start-up spray, but it didn’t work either. Also a new battery didn’t do anything. The engine orgelt in front of it, partly started. The kickstarter also seems to be a bit defective, because it can sometimes be easily kicked and sometimes it completely blocks. Besides, it does not go back to its starting position by itself after kicking, but has to be moved back by hand. This was already the case before the purchase, but the start over it was possible at the time. Apart from that, the exhaust is already quite rusty.   • Rear brake grinds (drum) – Malaguti F12

    Hello, I have bought myself last a unbasked Malaguti F12 Phantom (2010). The scooter has no damage except the rear wheel brake, which is difficult to pull and has almost no effect. If I have the scooter on the main stand I see like the rear wheel brake fast again when I give gas. Does anyone know what this could be & is it dangerous to drive like that? Greeting

    HI, I currently have a TGB Bullet, I’m very satisfied with the scooter and especially the acceleration. Unfortunately it has broken now:/ Therefore I’m looking for a new scooter, question is only, which model has a similar good acceleration as the TGB? The following problem occurs both during rides, as well as on the main stand. Problem cold: Starts easily, but runs slightly unevenly. Motor turns high to the middle speed range when you give gas, stutters and smokes white. Does not reach the full speed, has almost no suit, could be of a 2.     Hi, everybody! Unfortunately, I couldn’t find an answer to my question yet. I’ve had an accident in my days (accident -> on a small old Corsa), currently driving at 80%. I can report the damage in Dec. of course now. But also in the new year in Jan. How will my SFR behave in the two cases? If I report it now, will I be upgraded to a high level? Or do they just drop the upgrade and let me go on to 80%? If I report next year, d I have already been downgraded, then comes the damage and then I would have to be regraded to 80% or? I don’t know how to think about it … 🙂
