Hello, I’m in a situation I haven’t found anything on the net. I hope you can help me. I work for a company in bicycle distance with a customer at 35km distance. We have an office there on the premises. So I ride my bike to the company parking lot in the morning, get into the car, drive to the customer and drive back to the company parking lot and home with the bike in the evening. During my stay with the customer I don’t drive at all. I am employed by the company around the corner and my location is the office with the customer. I don’t know what that means with regard to the first workplace. Up to Corona I have solved this via a ride, but was forbidden because of contagion risk. Now the question arises to me: How is this with a monetary advantage? I have unfortunately not kept a daily travel book so far, had no idea about it. I have read that you have to prove at least 3 months. I’d drive the car for another 3 months and I could still get it started today. Also, you should be able to share the kilometers you drive fairly cleanly through the days and would just come to the conclusion that at best I have made a detour over the gas station. I’m afraid of a huge tax post payment. The car costs about 30,000€ and I drive 70 km a day. Would be with 1% rule damn expensive. But here I read again and again that the company car from to H I don’t know how to get the first place of work and place of duty in all the regulations. Does anyone have any advice? Would be very grateful!

Vario-Financing Sixt
Moin Moin, I would like to ask you a few questions about Vario financing at Sixt and hope that someone can help me here. I’m currently looking for a new car, as I’m afraid my mind is giving up. Now I’m thinking about whether I’m leasing a new car or “lease” from Vario financing. At Sixt, I would currently use the “Hyundai i20 1.0 T-GDI 74kW DCT Trend” including 10% down payment, closing rate and transfer costs for 30 months and 15,000 km per year for 63.59€ In addition, I could add the carefree package for just under 26€ a month, which would cover all maintenance and inspection work as well as wear-related repairs. Now I would have some questions about the carefree package as well as the overall concept leasing. 1. Would one necessarily use such a carefree package if one had the car only 30 months? Which maintenance and which wear parts have to be made or exchanged in time? 2. Would that be for leasing, or in the case Vario-Fin 3. This would now be the Hyundai with automatic. I am very happy to drive automatic. What would you rather recommend with Hyundai? With me the situation at the moment is that my car turns out to be a barrel without floor and feels something broken every few weeks. That’s why I would like to have a new car and there best then for the period of leasing also my peace and that I don’t have to worry about whether the car needs to go back to the workshop again. ss. I say thank you very much in advance and look forward to your answers.

Connection financing, KSB resisted, now invoice from the dealership
Hello. The following mysterious case: car re-purchased and financed. Now after the end of this financing the balance was financed again via Skodabank and the car dealership. I revoked the credit protection letter (ratenschutzversicherung) for the closing financing properly and in due time. The revocation was confirmed by the bank already 2 weeks ago. And now a letter comes in from the car dealership: you want a close 250€ risk flat rate because the KSB was terminated prematurely. The KSB has been revoked, not canceled. What risk should the dealership have by the revocation? Is something like this known or already happened to someone? Is this legally OK? For me this sounds easy: “I try to get the lost commission for the KSB in otherwise!” Can of course also mislead me, then I swallow the toad and pay that. Is after all only eta 1/6 of the complete cost of the KSB. But only if I have to. Thank you for your help and opinions.

Mazda or Opel? Ask for quick help!
Hi, my girlfriend is looking for a new used one. We have a maximum budget of 1500€. Today we were at a dealer. He offered us an Opel Corsa bj2001 75ps with 140,000km. Furthermore he would have a Mazda 323c bj98 with 180.000km. I don’t know about cars. I would have taken the Opel. Because I find 180.000km a bit violent. But the dealer said that the motor of the Mazda would be very good and he would give us even 2 years warranty on the Mazda. Now know As can be seen from the budget, the new used person should continue to be economical in maintenance in the future. What would we be better advised with? Many thanks in advance for quick help.

Service cars – private use may be too high?
Hello, I have a question about the service car leasing. Can I also apply the 1% regulation if I am untwergs to 75% private (about 1500km/month) and 25% official (working distance about 500km/month). A travel book is not really possible, since it would be too expensive to document any journey. Is there any other uncomplicated possibility? And one more example: car price (gross): 45,000€ Income gross: 4,500€ 1% – BLP: 450€ 0.03% BLP x work distance in KM (incoming): 162€ Gesa mt: 612€ gross salary (4,500€) + 612€ = 5,112€. 5.112€ net and the difference (before / after) is the amount that has to be paid or this is the amount that costs the car and is therefore deducted net. Is my example invoice so correct?

Cable diameter
Moin, a question to the electricians among you. From the battery to a possible distributor 50qmm2 copper cable. From the distributor to the subwoofer (15qmm2) and amplifier (25qmm2) each specially secured. From the distributor the two standard plus cables from the mini. Either 2 times 25qmm2 or 35qmm2, I do not know the exact cross-section. In my old table book I still found that you can load 16qmm2 with max. 65A. Therefore this would have to fit with 50qmm2 or lead a s ole configuration to problems?

Sixt Vario financing
moin moin besammen, ich google schon gefelte Eternitäten nach erfahren etc. to the offer “SIXT VARIO FINANCING”:http://auto.sixt.de/instructor/auto-vario-finanzierung/ you can of course find without end infos about the leasing offer, but I did not know the financing option yet. the calculation shows no eff. interest rate, but overall a better result than offers of the dealers. clearly better ! is the better purchase (rebate) which can achieve the sixt ? has jema nd about sixt financing already a vehicle has been purchased ? I think this is as usual with Sixt absolutely serious. am not averse to to strike. oh so, the vehicle that interests me is a landi defender. I don’t want to give it up any more, if I have it for that reason there is no leasing in question for me either. thank you in advance, and gruss

Car financing (balloon) is that possible?
Hello together, I hope you’ve started well on the Whitsun weekend I turn to you as I want to get some different advice on my financing. I’m interested in a ProCeed GT (though I thought of a new EU car is a good idea but the missing beeper at the front, warranty games and co. therefore I buy a German model). Price is for a used one from mid 2019 (i.e. already MY 2020 ) at approx. 27,000 TEUR. I have made the days a current list of my fixed expenses and this looks like this: 400 EUR rent warm (i.e. with GET and everything), 150 EUR saving (Fond), 60 EUR saving (Bausparer), 100 – 125 EUR food purchase, 50 EUR repair flat fee car, 200 EUR petrol, 100 EUR insurance -> 1,085 EUR total. In addition, there are about 300 EUR for going on, clothes, and things you can yourself The 500 EUR currently remaining land on a daily money account and are currently used for holidays and co. My partner is also working, children are undesirable in the medium term. Now for financing: Planned: 2500 EUR down payment (to press monthly rate), 300 EUR rate each month, 9990 EUR closing rate. Duration: 5 years. However, after the end of the financing, the vehicle should be driven on. Of course, I would like more numbers in About 10 years buy a condominium and shoot in more equity there. Now to my actual question: Is the financing so reasonable or would you adjust something?

Coolant change without clamping and venting
Hello, For the replacement of the cooler liquid, I can not just clamp the return flow on the balance tank and when the engine is running, the water pump can pump the old coolant into a container, while I continuously fill up new liquid in the balance tank? Once I have used up the new canister, the liquid should also be through once. OK, maybe you can not get out any deep slurry, if it is the after 5 years sc But as a measure in between without a lift and without a ventilator it makes sense? Thank you,

Generator car – why was there never one?
Hello, why don’t you think there was never a car with a generator? No, I don’t mean the range extender. There are diesel forklifts that have a burner but are electrically powered. There are diesel locomotives. a generator generates electricity and the locomotive drives electric. Today there are ships that are genaators and are electrically powered. Why not a generrator car with a motor bike engine? What is against it?
