Hello dear members, the following on my Volvo S60, (103KW BJ 2001 and key numbers 9101 845), is the following damage, it started a few months ago that the supply tank of the servo broke, so that the tube is broken, then the steering was constantly on the healing because of the air that pulls the system, I immediately fixed it, was 3 months quiet. Now the steering gear oil loses, I guess, however. But the loss is just gigantic, half a liter is gone at a distance of 20km, while steering in the parking lot you can see the tracks, it splashes out. So now I’m also angry. Can a steering tribe ever lose so much oil from today to tomorrow, the damage was not creeping but from one moment to another? Can it not be something else? And my last question could give me some tips about a change in the form of instructions…

Klappern / Poltern beim V 70 II, 2.4 L Diesel
It’s been a long time since I’ve been working on the engine, but it’s not. It’s unspecific. It’s not when I’m driving through potholes, but it’s also on a straight track. I can’t find it. Exhaust is fixed. The heat shield on the turbo was loose. But it wasn’t. The TÜV (which was in between) found nothing. I’ve had to change the upper engine bearing, which is attached to the Domstrebe, as well as the brakes on the front axle. (Sliding and coverings) Then the TÜV was satisfied. Cross steering, Still, Stabiguums, etc. Everything is great then – says the TÜV. The car still got poltert. Then I’m going to Volvo. Volvo says that the shock absorbers could be exchanged. But it’s not necessary to move the wheel again.

First E car, a few questions for experienced people.
Good morning E car friends. I have had a Zoe ( affectionately called Zöö ) for a few weeks and I am very excited. Normally we drive the star as diesel, but for the city now the GLK had to give way and I must say I regret not a second. I would have two questions to Experienced Stromers. 1. I have read the reports about the long-lived batteries, but how are your experiences, I think about buying the battery ( The Zöö is rented from 2019 with 43,000km on the clock ). 2. How are your experiences with charging cables from the accessories 230v for home? Or should it be to avoid damage only the original ones. Thank you for your answers. Many greetings Hajo.x

Underbody protection / your opinions …
Hello, Will you improve the underfloor protection complet at my Cr-v (6500km) on the weekend. Since the car hasn’t seen a winter yet,I think it makes sense to do it now. Why do I do that? Would you like to drive the car for a very long time,I think that it can’t hurt to protect and seal it right from the start. I’m interested in your perspective on this topic, did you also take precautions? Do you think it’s nonsense? . . .

Problem Heater/Stand Heating times vice versa…
I don’t know if my heater just works super quietly or if I’m deaf or if the following consideration is possible at all: Because of a defective heater I was at Volvo and had the error fixed. Heating now also works 1A. However, I have the feeling that the part does not work as a heater at cold temperatures. At least I don’t hear anything there. In the V70 of my parents, the heater also runs after a few seconds (at least I imagine that this is the heater). Is this technically possible at all?

Vibration from speed 85 – what else to do?
Dear Volvo-Bande, my fat guy is worried about me. For some time now, a speed-dependent vibration of the entire car appears from Tempo 85. In long-drawn left curves much stronger than when driving straight or in right curves. From 110 it is hard to feel, but probably only because the vibrations are then so fast…. Wheels are balanced again, rims have no impact. The usual suspects (coupling bars, carrying joints) are checked, brake discs and pads as well as lateral handlebars at the front (which had to be after 350 tkm anyway) are replaced. I would have now suspected the right drive shaft… Do you have any other starting points? Auxiliary frame suspension, rear wheel suspension/crossbars? Please have understanding if I can not react quickly to all the answers. Unfortunately, my job does not allow me to do so. Already thanks for your support.

Distance Isofix 2.Seat row XC90
Hello dear XC90 driver We, a family with two children, 2 and 4 years old, drive V70 Bj2002 and with two child seats is the rear bench for an adult between the child seats too narrow. Therefore my request to the XC90 drivers until bj 2014: How far are the inner Isofix hills away from each other? Can someone please measure that for me? It would help us very much! Thank you in advance!!!

Citroen Picasso shock absorber and air conditioning defective!
Hello, my parents drive a Citroen Picasso. My mom brought the car into the workshop with the thoughtful the shock absorber and brakes had to be changed. Now ATU (there is the car) said that the front left and back right the shock absorbers had to be replaced. If they would drive for 3-4 days longer, then they break through and it will be really expensive. Then the nice gentlemen also thought that the air conditioning was defective. It probably should be on the compressor, which would have a stone blow and therefore leak. My dad meant however that the air conditioning before the car was brought into the workshop still worked. For all the fun would have been about 1600 €. My mom was in November last year (so 5 months) for inspection (also at ATU) and then was told that everything was in order. Then she did not drive for 2 months (car was in garage) and now the shock absorbers should be broken?
