  • Euroline storage space

    Hello people, after I have returned from a 14-day trip to Italy, I have made some thoughts for the conversion or modification of my Euroline. I would like to know if or how you have solved these problems. 1. Storage space under the back seat I am disturbed that the storage space under the back seat is not usable, because the seat of the bench can only be raised about 15 cm. Is this also the case with you? I imagine that I will install storage boxes under the back seat to accommodate the room. 2. Too long bed extension The bed extension is clearly too long. After a week’s holiday, the rotating mechanism of the individual seat has said goodbye, it was a patience game every evening whether the tailgate is closed or not. I imagined that the bed extension should be shortened by about 3-4cm. What experiences have you had with it. 3. Power supply After the Euroline via no e xterne socket has, like the nugget I have thought of building one, but it should be switched so that only if external current is available 230 V is fed in, otherwise my inverter should generate the 230 V. Is there already finished circuits? 4. Awning It is quite pleasant to have an awning, to store possibly chairs tables etc. in it, or simply to sit in it. I have not found a sensible awning yet. Mostly acts I imagine an awning, which is also standing alone so that you can quickly drive away without having to remove connecting elements or ropes every time.   • Connect the on-board battery at Westfalia installation?

    Hello Euroline connoisseur! I have a rather annoying problem here: In the Euroline transit of my parents a second onboard battery for lighting, Eberspächer and cooler is installed. Unfortunately, the second battery is obviously not properly wired. It is charged while driving, but the current of the consumer is also taken from the starter battery in stand. From both batteries thick cables go under the floor covering of the Kardan tunnel in the direction of the center console. int only one line to disappear in the center console.     Hello everyone, I’m new here, I have zero marking of cars and no more of the car purchase. For the purchase I will also take the corresponding people with me. But my question: I like the model of 2004 with the “Nase” better than the “old”. But I can’t afford the one of 2004 yet, because it lacks so 500€ at the moment. The one of 2003 is already feasible. Now I ask myself, should I rather wait and save and buy the 2004er directly, then in 2-3 years? Or the 2 003 and so sell in 5 years or so and buy the other one? How big are the financial losses if I go step 2 or does not do anything at all?     Hello! My Cabasse Radio (DIN 1, 6-fold CD changer in center console front) probably said goodbye forever and I would like to install a Kenwood Autoradio (DIN 1) that I still have in the basement. I know that there is an amplifier and a Navi/Bluetooth unit next to the radio unit. The amplifier is, to my knowledge, hidden somewhere in the center console, the Navi/Bluetooth unit is in the glove compartment. Now I have read that the electronics the Espace 4 is very own and the three above mentioned units are connected to each other. For me, the main thing is the function of the radio in the foreground. That means that I like to accept the loss of the radio control (nice to have) via the steering wheel and the hands-free function (as much as I don’t call) as well as navigation (is anyway outdated) – the main thing I can hear music again. Has someone experience with whether I can buy an adapter in order to easily the radio Is there a tutorial or video on Youtube? I couldn’t find anything.
