Hello Motor-Talk-User, my employer moves my workplace 100 km away from my place of residence (currently 10 km ). Since this annual mileage performance with my current private car is impossible to lift ( about 240.000 km in 4 years ) my employer offers a service car ( incl. private use ). In other words: at 240.000 km in 4 years you would drive your own car “round” // you could buy yourself every 4 years new cars, for this reason the employer offers a How do you calculate the 60,000 km per year private journeys: every day 200 km to the workplace ( back and forth ) x 220 working days = 44,000 km per year. These are so-called private journeys, whereby you could claim advertising costs here at the tax office ?!? The past has shown that I normally drive about 16,000 km privately in the year, so all other journeys like the one to the workplace = 44,000 km to the workplace + 16,000 km purely private = 60,000 km per year. Insured // Church tax payable // Corporate car 30,000 Euro. According to the computer, you earn around 1,800 Euro net // with the above mentioned example with a company car around 1,230 net. However, you could register a wage tax reduction at the tax office, so that my monthly tax burden is reduced. Am I right here with my “account”? What could I do differently, or is it worth a company car? with my calculation example? Unfortunately, find no computer that shows me how much advertising costs (journeys to the workplace ) I could “sell off” monthly. So far I have always submitted the income tax return for the following year, and then “in one stroke” get a refund. Now through a company car and the resulting decidedly lower net wage I would submit an application that I pay monthly in advance less taxes. Or otherwise: with How much MORE net per month could I calculate if I submit this application to the tax office, which would reduce the advertising costs (journeys to the job) monthly my tax burden? Hope I didn’t put myself in a mess… π Thank you for your answers. VG redpluriel

Correct operation of the Quickshifter and the Blipper at the 1000sx / inspection costs
1. Can someone tell me how to operate the Quickshifters and the Blipper correctly with a Kawa 1000sx? Do you have to be on the gas when switching up before pulling the shift lever? Do you have to be away from the gas when switching down before pressing the shift lever? Or does it all matter? 2. What are the inspection costs of the initial inspection (I think 1800km) and the costs for the 12,000 inspection?

Ninja 650 does not exceed 3000 rpm
Hello, because I now have my driver’s license I drove today with my new Ninja 650. The motorcycle somehow does not get beyond 3000U/minute. I am in the zb in the 5th gear and come with effort to about 60 KMH. It also feels somehow as if the motorcycle does not get out of the shoes properly. Is there perhaps a speed limiter in there for the entry phase? Or is the whole thing normal and gives itself over time?

Oh yes budget will be around 2500 euro for the bike, because good clamots are my opinion after eh pfl icht! Greetings c-o-b

Traffic jam on the train

Which car from 90s for 8,000km trip around the Baltic Sea??
Hello, I will return in summer 2013 with a friend from Hamburg via Denmark, Sweden and Norway to the North Cape and via Finland, Russia and the Baltic States. Almost 8,000 km only on highways in 2 weeks and for this tour we will drive a car at least 20 years old = BJ VON 1994. An SUV would be cool, but swallows a lot of fuel and the car should be halfway comfortable. The budget says around 2,000Euro and we sell the car afterwards again. What s ind your recommendations, which cars will hold the KM and would also be repaired by Finnish/Russian workshops? Would you like to make useful suggestions π Gruss Bjoern

Other name for OT-Geber?!
Hello, short question of understanding. I was at the FOH today and had the error memory read out. They let me know that the “speed encoder crankshaft” would trigger the error. However, I couldn’t quite find this term in the net. Is this another term for “OT-Geber” and “Crankshaft Sensor”? Thank you in advance.

Screw with protective paint – how to dissolve? (brake disc change)
Hello guys, I changed the brake discs and pads today (like some sure on my other topic knowledge). Everything was great… only at the rear right the screw did not want to loosen the brake caliper (or whatever this thing is called)… I’m talking about the metal caliper in which the brake pads are pushed before you then put on the actual brake caliper and screw it down. When changing the disc this thing also has to be down with… The last rear right wanted sic h then did not let it loose and I even managed to turn it almost round! Since I could solve the first one at least, I could knock it off sideways with the hammer and get the new brake disc with a lot of trouble on it. No nice solution… but everything worked. The brakes at the front did not necessarily have to be changed. But did these also order and will also not last forever… Is there any trick to solve this screw? Have seen this one have blue protective paint on it and the screws loosen like a jerk… so if the varnish gives way…. I guess I can’t get there with a impact wrench… is too tight… Does anyone have tips or ideas? Actually, I wanted to change all 4 right away so that I could have some rest and come safely through the next TΓΌv…

Fliest bottom – when to intervene?
Recently I had my Honda (see signature) during the lunch break on the lift to find a noise. I used the opportunity to inspect the underbody and also to make a few mobile phone pictures. The car was partly sandblasted two years ago and treated with Mercasol underbody protection. Now I see, among other things, behind the petrol tank and over some crosscarriers light approaches of aerial rust. Everything looks quite harmless, in my opinion – see appendix – but w Do you have to intervene here? Normally I would try to go over there with some sandpaper, then brush in with rust converter, and possibly oil a bit after drying. However, it is difficult to access and time I don’t have any… Lieb Gruss Oli

Crackers from VA
Servus Together, since my HD needs a new crusher due to kickstarter retrofitting, I would be looking for someone who can weld the ones from VA. Would have chosen such a thing for mehttp://www.wwag.com/…/DirectAction?page=%21WW9630 if someone knows who, where or where you don’t have to pay 500 euro for the simple ones.
