Hello, I just looked at an Avensis SOL Bj. 1998 110 HP, 43,000 km in almost perfect condition. The car has climate and metallic paint. It is a 5-door with 2 years warranty. How is the car qualitative? What can cost such a thing? Something to consider? Thank you!

No power from 2200 rpm Avensis T25 2.0 D4D 126 hp
Hello forum! I drive an Avensis T25 2.0 D4D from 2007 with 126 hp. I bought it as a used car on Monday. The annoying, only after the pick-up on the highway I had to notice that the engine is very heavy over 2200 rpm and actually as good as not accelerated any more. 160 kmh were the highest of the feelings. Up to 2200 rpm everything is inconspicuous. In the test drive, which took place only in the city, this was not noticeable in the lower corridors. The car starts to jerk on the motorway at 130 (approx. 2200 rpm). MKL and so on does not work. Emergency run accordingly probably not? I already got in contact with the dealer and he will take care of it on Friday. In order to speed up the troubleshooting, I did a little research out of interest, which could be the fault causes. Under other things DPF, AGR valve, LMM and (but rather known at VW) turbocharger adjustment/steering. It’s the easiest way to test, where you can just put it there and try to move it. I tried that once, but there’s nothing going on at all. The vacuum box also looks pretty gammy. Would the fixed adjustment speak for this fault picture? What else would you have for ideas?

Toyota 2.2 D cat hardly pulls from 2200 revolutions
Good day, We were on the weekend a few hundred kilometers on the way. On the way my wife suddenly noticed that the 2’2 Dcat (2006 Bj177 Ps) did not pull any more properly. I then tested it, he pulled generally bad and from 2300 revolutions almost no more, like with 100 Ps. Then suddenly, after he was parked, he pulled again about normal. Today back drive, again the same. First he drives normal, then starts again. A motor light does not burn, very funny! We must n anyway make an appointment because of a recall action, but maybe someone can estimate what that is and whether you can drive like this without ruining more… unfortunately the car needs. Thank you, greetings

60,000 inspection SEAT MII + brake discs + blocks + bearing triangular lecker
Hello, my MII now needs the 60,000 km inspection + new discs and blocks + new bearings of the triangle handlebars. I got an offer from my free workshop, inclusive. Climate maintenance….€ 1,273 are called there ;( are these the current values to be reckoned with (Annex are net prices)? I find it very expensive, apart from the “reserve candle” that should be calculated for me here at a 3-cylinder… Morning greetings from the Hessian Rhön

Cover service
Hello, service interval is 1 year or 15000km for the EcoUp. currently has 12400km in my car. Since there is a longer holiday trip in 3 weeks (2700km), I wanted to ask how much km you can cover the service? Is there reliable information for this? Drive the Citigo, but will not be different there. I will probably have the 14000km on the clock in weeks, and to make the service before the holiday, means to give away km/money. The car doesn’t matter if it is at 15000 or 160 00km gets his oil. However, I want to keep the intervals because of the guarantee…

Lexus RX400h compared to 5 other V8 SUVs
the “Auto Zeitung” tested the Lexus RX400h and 5 other SUV with V8 engine in issue 16. The result is: 1. new M-Class 2. Touareg , just ahead of 3. Volvo XC90 4. Lexus RX400 Hybrid 5. Range Rover (the big one, not the “sport” 6. Cadillac SRX In the chapter engine/gear unit/driving performance, the Lexus did just as well as the Volvo and the Mercedes. The chapter environment & costs wins the Lexus. The fuel consumption at Lexus was 12.1 liters, behind the Volvo with 14.6 liters, the rest was between 16.5 and 18.9 liters. Critized at the Lexus were: the slightly unfavorably cut trunk, the behaviour on bumpy distances and the seats perceived as small. The others, in contrast to the Lexus, sometimes also had air suspension and better bad path technology. The hybrid drive found the testers “unnecessary” (sometimes hear nothing, sometimes hear something as well as a too constant speed behavior). For the RX400h the lowest value loss and the lowest workshop costs were predicted. bottom line, therefore, no bad result for the RX400h, which was the most affordable in comparison with full equipment. Rolo, who has already driven the RX400h and had a very positive impression.

Lexus Qualiät?
Hello, I’ve been hearing about the quality of Toyota or Lexus for a long time. But, can anyone explain that to me? I mean, what exactly does Lexus do to his cars differently, that the qualitatively better and last longer? Is it because of the better quality controls, the better parts build up than other manufacturers, if so which and what is the difference? I know the breakdown statistics, but exactly what is exactly the Toyota/Lexus always the front places I know it from VW, there were frozen engines, broken window lifters and broken air mass meters. Does Lexus not have this and if so why? Thanks for the answers

Bastuck facility!
Hello together! Hope that you can help me better here. Have the impression that my friend in the Ford Forum doesn’t have the insight into tuning. (Isn’t mean bad) It may be a little wrong here, but still think that you can help me in my exhaust business. It’s about a Bastuck plant from KAT. Now I’ve heard a lot good about these plants and that they should be very loud. I want one of these for a Kolegn b This one has a Focus 2.0 16V (130 hp). I decided to use this system now. Now that I want to have sound without end, I thought that I would just throw out the MSD and replace it with an atrappe. But that’s what I want to do to “Illegal”. Now the ones in the Ford Forum I meant to take the MSD model “Super Sport” from Bastuck (see homepage). That would be like an atrappe and also very loud. But on the thing there is no TÜV: So there is the possibility that I can d have you ever had any experience? Hope you can help me…. Thank you in advance… MFG Ford-Focus-RS P.S.: My heart beats for VW, by the way.

Is this a bi-xenon headlight or normal xenon?
Hello dear Volvo community I need your help. My father drives an XC60 from 2016, equipment line “Ocean Race”. Now it’s the case that I wanted to buy him new Xenon burners. Now there are differences – depending on whether the vehicle has Bi-Xenon or “normal” Xenon. 1. Can one of you tell from the picture which Xenon it is? 2. Does anyone know if there is a page where using the chassis number is possible to get the equipment list of the vehicle? Thanks E you in advance! Greetings
