Hello forum, I have recently been on my V60 D2 (D4162T), BJ 2012, transmission MMT6, 250 000km predominantly long distance, the following problem: In driving mode without thrust I get a poltern / knock felt from the range engine compartment / front axle / exhaust system. i.e. if I give gas or am in thrust mode nothing is to be heard. If I walk on the level of the gas or the clutch kicks something knocks on each other. I had the following assumption: – Excluded / torn rubber suspension n on the exhaust system and/or defective/corroded holder – bearing Torque support defective/excluded – engine bearing emptied I had the car today on the lifting platform (relieving load via sleepers, i.e. axles) and first could not detect any clear damage or a place where you can see the contact or a tight spot: – The suspension rubbers and holders in the rear area all look good. – The two suspension rubbers on the holder Exhaust system in the berei ch VA (see photo) look a little bit elongated but not cracked or similar. I don’t think they are the problem, but they still look too good. But maybe I’m wrong here as well. – The torque support looks inconspicuous at first, but I don’t know exactly what the bearing looks like in the new state (see photos) I can’t really confirm that the influence of thrust operation is much larger when it comes to unevenness. I have changed the VA crossbars and coupling bars at 150 000 km. Unfortunately, I can’t show any interlocking on the lifting platform or any load / twisting of the drive to the car. One could perhaps let the clutch grind while the brake is closed and see how strongly the engine is twisted.About advice or tips what I could still check I would be VERY grateful. – Could it possibly also be a are the drive shafts that are then unobtrusive under load and clatter without load? -How can you determine (measured) that the engine bearing / torque support is over? -Are there any known problems with certain parts or common suspects in the series?

Private sale of cars
Hello to the round, I hope I am right here. I would like to sell my VW Up, year 2017 with 27000 km. He is top in order, no defects or damages. On my bid a gentleman from Austria registered himself. He would like to transfer the money to me and if the money was well written to my account, then he would have the car picked up from “his” forwarder. He himself cannot be present, the test drive is made by the people on the day the car was removed. He sent me his PA with ID number, but I still don’t know if it’s a phantom or not. Should I rather press for cash payment??? I’d rather. I have such a strange feeling… your experiences would be very important to me. Thank you in advance. LG Anke

Valve cover seal sdi rubbers of standing bolts
Moin moin, Just got the valve cover down as the engine is suffing. Only one seal of the standing bolts found. Of course only the seal ordered in advance because I had the lid for the first time and knew nothing about these small seals. Will I buy from VW which ones tomorrow but how do I get them installed? Can I screw the standing bolts in first and then put the lid on it?

Avensis T25 (Xenon) headlights too dark
Hello, I bought a T25 used (private) at the beginning of the year. The car got the TüV seal in front of my eyes at the DEKRA. He had to pass for inspection of an exhaust probe, which was repaired by the previous owner (with invoice in the Toyota car dealership) and the car is passed by the inspection of the TüV. Now it is the case that when I drive on the road in the dark there is incredibly little light. I was therefore there two months ago in the workshop there has Tell me that it’s the Xenon burners and they changed for 100€ or 200€. I drive little country road and so I noticed now that it didn’t work out. Other cars have a real light cone, with me there is hardly anything. Motorway driving still goes, but on country roads it is really brittle. What can I do there? I have read somewhere that another part of the T25 with Xenon is a problem. Can you please help me? It’s a pre- Facelift model.

Steady heating and air conditioning
Hello everyone, I drive a SEAT Arona 1.0, bought in February 2019. Since I always have to leave the house very early, (02.00 – 03.00 clock) I decided to install a Eberspächer auxiliary heating afterwards. The stationary heating works even without complaint, but the climate Tronic leaves no air in the vehicle interior. The blower is zero. I switch off the A/C button, the air compressor only runs when the engine is running. Before I switch off the ignition, I switch off the A/C button. I press the front windshield/seat button on stage 4, because the warm air should be there so that I don’t have to clear the car or the windows first. I had an Opel Meriva before the SEAT where everything worked without any problems. That’s why I decided again for a Eberspächer heater. However, I believe that this problem lies solely in the climate Tronic. From the workshop I always hear all that works but not the case Can anyone give me a hint?

Flashing lamps
Hello, when I got into my Arona this morning, suddenly a l l e flashing lights lit up. They didn’t go out when I started. As I had a doctor’s appointment I started with flashing lights on. In the speedometer indicator both direction indicators also lit up. To activate the turn signal switch or warning light switch did not result in any success. When I parked the vehicle in the parking lot and made up the engine, the turn signals began to flash in irregular rhythm. I opened the bonnet and wobbled to the relay in the fuse box, which also did not bring any solution. I let the bonnet fall frustrated and see, the turn signals went out. There is no error indicator. Has anyone ever had a similar problem? Arona FR Keyless Go, EZ 09/2019, 22,000 km. MfG Geo K

V70 D5 D5244T4 with 12 liters/100km consumption in short-haul operation…
Hello together, I am currently moving a V70 D5244T4 D5 almost exclusively on short distance with morning and evening over 10km each. I notice that this car with 12l/100km consumes extremely much. On cross-country journeys the consumption drops quickly to 6,5l/100km. My experience with other vehicles with the same engine are significantly lower consumption even in short distance operation. Spritmonitor confirms my experience. Have you got a tip on what I could do to convert uchsmindern to work? Thank you and many greetings!
