  • Hyundai Nexo Experience Report

Hello everyone, now I’ve been driving the Nexo for a week. So far about 400 km. Average consumption roughly 1.2 kg / 100 km. He drives well. The one thousand buttons in the armature area and on the center console are absolutely confusing. He drives on the highway quite neatly himself in the lane. The hands have to stay on the steering wheel, at least one finger… When setting off he blows out water and/or water vapor and finally makes a quite high noise. Probably valves are closed. I am satisfied so far.

  • Is he just shit or is he n freak

Recently in the parking lot inside work I meet him : Type about: 25 years, buys 97 shortly before the new came ten wine red 3 CL with I believe around 60 HP. Then he starts to install GTI 16V machine, G60 brake system, chassis (springs and dampers only) electric Recaro seat and optical retouches over their appearance you can argue about.(Prollkare) In any case he invests a lot of time (OK – isn Hobby) and especially a lot of money about 30t Mark Yes for that he would have liken a clever car get, with an axle construction suitable for the performance (shaft handlebars, suspension, stabis etc. ) Jetz he has suspensions and axles of the 60 HP car – great! Stabilizers are missing too. The whole car looks like semi-finished inconsistency scrap. wait half year, save and buy immediately n decent 1.8 t or V6 Is he so n Depp or n cool freak I ask for stimulated discussion

  • Tension roller Timing belt defective -> Engine damage

With my Golf 4 – 1.8 (92kW) yesterday the tensioning roller of the timing belt was dissolved in favor. The result are 8 crooked inlet valves and crooked valve shaft guides. So it has to be new cylinder head. My Golf has not driven quite 60000km and is 3 years and 4 months old. VW offered to take over 50% of the spare parts costs. That’s all. This is a mistake, which is clearly due to a material failure. Material failure on one part, d I also bought a new golf to escape the high repair costs of my previous old car. Unfortunately it is all much more expensive by this new car than with my old car before. I am indignant. Besides this defect I already had many other defects in the 3 years. Climate compressor, catalyst, twisted radiator hose, end sound insulation soon it is clear to me… never again VW! Is there anyone here in the forum who had comparable engine damage and achieved better cost acceptance from VW? If so please info to me by e-mail! Thanks in advance, Los Eblos!

  • Engine does not start

Hello together, I have changed the valve shaft seals and the suction spider on my 73er small block / 350 cui. I have also sanded the valves. I had the motor disassembled before and got it back on after that. like he doesn’t want anymore, I have no idea. I have reassembled the motor and the petrol pump promotes gasoline. with the flash lamp I have set with attached underpressure hoses to 8° before ot. the batteri e is also full. the ignition sequence is also true. what could it be? what irritates me a little is the fact that the spark plugs after a thousand times organs have not become wet. in the garage it is ass cold. can it be that there has been a gas-seating ice cream? it may be that the electric shock does not work? how can I check whether the carburettor is still going perfectly? before the expansion it still ran. someone gave me a tip, petrol in the v But I’m afraid of a carburettor fire. the spark plugs are old, but they still worked before they were built up. could it have anything to do with underpressure? maybe a hose or maybe something to do with the new suction spider. my car is close to riedlingen. maybe a proficiency has to look at the whole thing. of course I would also pay for it.

  • need help would like to buy me a Dodge Magnum R/T R Package

Moin people I would like to buy a Dodge Magnum R/T with nem R Package and have a few questions about it! The first one is what will he cost me at a German dealer? I put it together on Dodge.com under build my own with the Engine Block Heater, Popular Equipment Group and My Gig(R) Multimedia System and should he cost 36,635 dollars what are now 27,359 euros. In addition, there is the shipping inch and the fairytale tax what do you think he will cost? because this price is the selling price at the Ami ́s the dealers will buy it anyway cheaper if there are still dealer stocks with my configuration because the production runs out or has expired as I have read here in the forum!? My second question is why are the prices for used (annual car) in the I Net because these cars have hardly any value loss ? The third is what costs a reasonable gas system for this car how is it installed I have space And what else would I be interested in? What would he now cost taxes and from next year if they are calculated according to CO2, and what about the insurance that is very expensive or rather cheap because not so many of them are driving around here in Germany? It should now be my first Ami car after my VW drivership, and I would be grateful for your help tip ́s and advice

  • SL65 AMG R230 Expulsion Cylinder 3 – Workshop without precise solution

Hello, last week I had my SL65 AMG R230 EZ 2007 in the workshop, because the engine control light is constantly on and the engine is no longer running on all cylinders. After a short shutdown, the problem seems to be fixed, but the luminaire remains on. First diagnosis: Cylinder 3 stops. It is not on the spark plugs. Unfortunately, there is no plan. Now, according to the workshop, the ignition box and/or the control unit could be replaced on suspicion. Cost point approx. 2000 Euro plus installation. According to the workshop, there are experts who could better interpret the result of the selection as they themselves, but you don’t know one of them. In my opinion, they also have little desire to deal with it. I have now brought the vehicle back and am looking for a specialized (AMG) workshop, which is perhaps better or smarter. I am from the area Regensburg / Ingolstadt, postal code 93 or 85. Would also be far away I’d be happy if the diagnosis were safe. Of course, I don’t have a problem spending the 2500 euros for the corresponding part. But 4500 euros on suspicion of shooting into the wind is already a lot required. Maybe someone can help me with a tip. MfG Daniel

  • SL 500 Purchase

Hello dear forum members, I’m currently browsing around at mobile something and looking for a SL 500. A facilft model from 2006 would be interesting. Now I’m falling for the different original navis have been installed. Some have the navi inside that were also installed in front of Facelift. Others have the inside that has also been installed in a 2008 model. At least it looks apparently so. I can’t imagine the two Navis installed in the same period word I have a brochure in which the new Navi is listed. By the optics the vehicle as well as the PS indication can be recognized that it is a facelift. Are the engines from 2006 already matured or should you rather choose a 2007 year? Thank you for your help Greeting Christian
